Cancelation Policy: I respectfully ask you give 48 hours for cancellation on all appointments. If the appointment is canceled after 48 hours the card on file will be charged 50% of the service total. Same day cancellations and No call/no shows will result in a 100% charge, along with the service charge card fee, of the booked service. Please arrive on time to your appointment, a late arrival of 10 minutes or more will be subject to alterations or cancelation and associated fees will be applied. If you don’t confirm an appointment within 48hrs of the schedule spot you will immediately be taken out so the time can be filled with my waitlist appointments! So it’s is really important to make sure you can confirm all appointments please Refund Policy: All items or services purchased from Entourage Beauty are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in writing by Entourage Beauty.
